Payment card details are tokenized and processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways (such as Stripe and Airwallex). Insiemly never stores raw credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manufacture, print, package, and ship your customized orders.
- To provide live tracking updates, order confirmations, and customer support.
- To synchronize external storefront orders for sellers (Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and security breaches.
3. Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We share delivery and contact details solely with logistics carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator) strictly to fulfill shipment routing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers.
4. Cookies & Session Storage
We use essential session tokens and cookies to maintain your active login state, preserve your shopping cart contents, and remember customization canvas settings.
5. Your Rights & Data Requests
