1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Insiemly website, creator portal, visual customizer, or placing orders for apparel and merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian and international laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain 100% ownership of any artwork, illustrations, logos, trademarks, and text that you upload to the Insiemly platform. By uploading content, you grant Insiemly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely to manufacture, print, package, and deliver the specified items to you or your designated customers.
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyright and trademark rights for any artwork submitted. Insiemly strictly prohibits the printing of unauthorized copyrighted works, counterfeit trademarks, hate speech, defamation, or unlawful materials.
3. On-Demand Production & Fulfillment
All merchandise ordered through Insiemly is manufactured on demand. Production timelines are estimates and typically range between 2 to 4 business days. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, subtle variations in garment dye lots and print color rendering between digital screen mockups and physical textile fibers are inherent to DTG manufacturing.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) as selected at checkout. Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated based on shipping destination in accordance with Canadian tax requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insiemly Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
